Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or databases. Promote the company’s digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and website development. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales or business development team. Follow up on leads from previous campaigns or inquiries. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, outcomes, and customer information in CRM software. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and client responses to improve messaging. Requirements: Proven experience as a telemarketer, telesales representative, or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
