If you've the cx 180 model you'll get instant hand to hand replacement. But other models will take a lot of time.

Swift-est service ever received by my 23y young self. Took my sennheiser CX 180 with an imbalanced audio output in the left year. Just 5 minutes of what appeared like scrubbing (no intention of disregard for the swag of a service) was all that was required.

I went to the Sennheiser service center over here. Don't mistake this as the service center. It's the building name and inside the building is the service center. And its on the first of second floor. I'm not sure
