Telecom tower network testing engineer

As an RF DRIVE TEST ENGINEER in the Telecommunications sector, your role will involve conducting drive tests to assess the performance of RF networks. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to optimize network quality and coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct drive tests to measure network performance parameters - Analyze drive test data to identify network issues and recommend solutions - Work closely with the engineering team to implement network optimization strategies - Provide reports and recommendations to improve network quality and coverage Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B Tech EC in Telecommunications or related field - Freshers are welcome to apply - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Please note that the company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Additionally, there is a performance bonus for achieving set targets.
