Telecom Consultant

As an experienced professional in the Telecom domain, you will be required to demonstrate technical expertise and hands-on knowledge of billing system BSCS iX R3/R4/R17/R18/EB22/EB23. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving production systems issues reported from IT operations/development teams. - Providing work around solutions and collaborating with vendor teams for permanent fixes. - Handling shipment/ICP package deployment and providing support on the production system. - Conducting RCA analysis and preparing incident reports for critical issues. - Utilizing strong skills in Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL. - Demonstrating expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes. Your qualifications should include: - 5-8 years of experience in the Telecom domain. - Hands-on technical experience with billing system BSCS iX R3/R4/R17/R18/EB22/EB23. - Strong skills in Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL. - Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes. - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
