Job Description

Role & responsibilities Answering calls and resolving queries about products. Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre- approved loans . Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads. Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines. Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any Preferred candidate profile Good proficiency in English.
