Our mission is to help students find the best educational opportunities overseas. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in pune. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about various educational opportunities abroad, guiding students through the application process, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with students. The Telecaller will also handle basic administrative tasks and follow up with students as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience in customer service or telecalling is preferredProficient in using MS Office and CRM softwareStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the education sector and admission processes is advantageousGood command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
