Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and qualifying leads.. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively.Track and report on sales metrics, lead generation activities, and conversion rates. Support the Pre-sales Manager in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.Participate in property tours, client meetings, and industry events to promote the companys real estate offerings. Serve as a point of contact for initial client inquiries and requests.. Coordinate meetings and site visits between clients and the sales team. Develop a strong understanding of the companys products, services, and value proposition. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support pre-sales activities.. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project status updates. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Additional certifications in real estate or sales management are preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of overall professional experience in the real estate industry. At least 2-3 years of experience in presales, sales support, or a similar role within the real estate sector. Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, property values, and market conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
