Description We are looking for a motivated Telecaller (FEMALE) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, generate leads, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services. Provide information to customers about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system. Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated. Follow up with leads and maintain a positive relationship with potential customers Hands on experience on Telecalling 6 months minimum. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Basic knowledge of telecalling techniques and customer service principles. Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection. Strong persuasive skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
