Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate interest. Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning. Research and gather information on target markets and potential customers. Client Interaction & Follow-ups: Engage with prospective clients over the phone to understand their needs. Build rapport and schedule follow-up calls or demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes. Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team in nurturing and converting leads. Share relevant product/service information with prospects. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for better lead conversion. Reporting & Documentation: Document all interactions and lead details in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion rates. Qualifications & Skills: Freshers or students pursuing/completed graduation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and proactive with a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Internship Duration: 3 months Stipend: 7000/- per month Location: Kota Opportunity for Growth: Exceptional interns may be considered for full-time roles based on performance.
