Job Description

To handle inbound and outbound customer calls, promote retail products or offers, assist with queries, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Customer Outreach & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain product details, offers, and promotions. Generate leads and pass them to the sales team. Customer Service Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries politely. Provide information about store locations, stock availability, and pricing. Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication. Sales Support Follow up with leads and ensure sales closure. Record customer responses and maintain CRM updates. Assist the sales and marketing teams with feedback from customers. Data & Reporting Maintain call logs and customer databases. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls and conversions. Required Skills: Excellent communication (Tamil & English preferred in retail India setup). Persuasive and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high call volumes calmly.
