Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our products or services. Lead Generation: Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively addressing customer questions and concerns. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by listening actively and resolving customer issues promptly. Information Gathering: Collect customer feedback and insights to improve our products and services. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
