Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students from India , effectively communicating the value of BHMS programs, and converting leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries from leads generated through campaigns, social media, or partner channels. Present BHMS academic programs, career prospects, campus life, and advantages of studying in Switzerland in a clear and compelling manner. Build strong rapport and trust with students and/or their parents to guide them through the admission process. Follow up with potential candidates regularly to address queries and motivate application completion. Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and report progress to the admissions manager. Collaborate with the marketing team and local representatives to improve conversion strategies. Provide support in organizing virtual info sessions, webinars, and local education fairs. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, student counseling, admissions, or sales—preferably in the education or international study sector. Strong command of English and Hindi ; additional Indian regional languages are a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with Indian student market trends, cultural expectations, and career aspirations. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. Preferred: Experience working in an international education setting or recruiting students for overseas institutions. Understanding of visa processes and education systems in India and Switzerland.
