Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, promote products/services, and contribute to sales targets by building rapport and following scripts, while maintaining accurate records of interactions. Understand customer needs, address their questions and concerns, and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, follow-up actions, and outcomes. Skills: Strong listening skills and ability to adapt to different customer personalities. Persuasive and sales-oriented approach. Experience in tele calling or customer service is an added advantage.
