Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing solar energy company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our solar products and services to potential customers, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Your role is key in promoting sustainable energy solutions and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Call prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists. Explain the benefits of solar energy and our solar system solutions. Educate customers on cost savings, government subsidies, and ROI of solar installation. Answer questions about products, pricing, and installation procedures. Schedule appointments or site visits for the field sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on previous leads and nurture ongoing prospects. Achieve weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Key Requirements: High school diploma or graduate degree (preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus (training will be provided). Fluency in [Insert languages – e.g., English and Hindi or local language].
