Job description Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Pre Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client needs, and providing initial support to the sales team to ensure successful client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide product/service information. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication. Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies. Provide timely and accurate reports on lead status and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong phone presence and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport with potential customers. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in pre-sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus. Understanding of sales pipeline management.
