We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth coordination with our sales and operations teams. The role demands excellent communication skills, especially in English, and the ability to engage clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
● Explain FlexifyMe’s services and convert leads into appointments or sales.
● Maintain lead and client data in the CRM system.
● Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
● Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
● Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Who Can Apply:
● Minimum 6 months of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
● Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage.
● Strong interpersonal skills and confident telephone etiquette.
● Comfortable working from the office (no remote option).
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM preferred).
