Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our Solar Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand the benefits of switching to solar energy and our installation services. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services. Explain solar energy solutions, pricing, and installation process in a clear and professional manner. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and database follow-ups. Schedule appointments for the field sales team or conduct telephonic sales closures. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer queries, objections, and follow up for final conversion. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales execution. Stay updated on solar energy products, government incentives, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role (solar/renewable energy industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages). Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, Google Sheets). Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers. Education & Experience:Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field.
