  • Outbound Calling:

    Contact prospects to promote Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Assess customer needs, property value, income, and creditworthiness to see if they fit LAP criteria.
  • Product Explanation:

    Clearly describe LAP features, interest rates, terms, and documentation requirements.
  • Lead Nurturing:

    Follow up with leads via calls/messages to convert them into applications.
  • Appointment Setting:

    Schedule meetings or coordinate with Relationship Managers/field agents.
  • CRM Management:

    Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Target Achievement:

    Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals for qualified leads and conversions.
