Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for the company. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Provide information about company offerings and address customer concerns. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as set by the management. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates. Maintain a positive and professional approach while dealing with customers.
