Job Description

Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information. Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity. Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation. Inquiring with the customer and learning about their needs. Noting down the key points of each conversation. Delivering verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing. Gathering and documenting sales data in CRM, such as meetings and appointments, as well as visitor and customer information Building and sustaining strong client connections by responding to requests and complaints as soon as possible. Resolving product and service-related questions and difficulties. Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts. Maintaining current knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales strategies. Requirements and Skills: 1+ years of experience in the field of telecalling. The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or communication is a plus. Knowledge of data entry. Ability to deal with rejection and keep an optimistic attitude in the face of adversity. Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities. Problem-solving skills.
