Telecalling Executive

(JD) – Telecaller (Insurance & Mutual Funds) Company: Blueant Finserv Pvt. Ltd. Location: Noida, Role Type: Full-Time Office-Based Experience: 0–3 Years Department: Sales Support Calling Team 1. Role Overview: The Tele caller will make outbound calls to potential customers, explain the purpose of a free financial review meeting, and schedule qualified appointments with the company’s Insurance or Mutual Fund Experts. Note: This is not a sales role — your goal is only to fix meetings, not to sell on call. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Daily Calling & Lead Management  Make 300 outbound calls per day  Ensure minimum 120+ connected calls  Manage company-provided leads with accuracy  Maintain follow-up and update call status in calling sheet B. Meeting Scheduling  Fix 7 genuine, interest-based meetings every day  Ensure the meeting time is confirmed with the customer  Share accurate customer details with the Expert  Avoid fake, forced, or irrelevant meetings C. Communication & Objection Handling  Clearly explain the purpose of the review meeting (Insurance/MF)  Confidently handle objections using provided scripts  Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone D. Reporting & Coordination  Submit daily call performance to the Team Leader (TL)  Share new objections, challenges, and suggestions with the Trainer  Attend weekly performance review meetings 3. Role Requirements  : Strong communication skills (Hindi/Hinglish required)  , Basic understanding of Insurance or Mutual Funds (Fresher can also apply)  , Ability to follow scripts and meet daily targets  , Good listening skills and patience  , Discipline in calling, data updating, and follow-ups 5.
