Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce the company's construction services and projects. Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients, generating leads for the sales team. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to their requirements. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and following up with leads.
