Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote loan products such as MSME loans, business loans, personal loans, home loans, and more. Generate qualified leads through advanced online searches including platforms like Justdial, Indiamart, Google Maps, social media, business directories, etc. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions. Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into active clients. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, client interactions, and follow-up status. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets. Maintain good relationships with clients for future referrals and business. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or financial product sales is mandatory. Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. Proven ability to search and extract leads from online platforms and databases. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools. Goal-oriented, persuasive, and consistent in follow-ups. Familiarity with financial products and documentation
