The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to and from patients and clients. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, providing information about hospital services, and managing patient queries. The Telecaller will also assist in patient follow-ups and maintain accurate records of interactions. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Basic computer skills including data entry and familiarity with MS Office Customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and maintain patient records accurately Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Show more Show less
