Job Description

Requirements:

  • Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote services, answer queries, and follow up with leads.
  • Maintain client databases, call records, and update CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Manage basic office administration — filing, correspondence, scheduling, and supplies.
  • Prepare simple reports and assist in documentation.
  • Greet visitors, handle front-desk duties, and manage daily office activities.
  • Ensure professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
