Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Gachibowli, Rangareddy, Telangana 500032. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common objectives.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved.
