Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional duties include maintaining records of communication, generating leads, following up on sales opportunities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Telecaller will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Basic understanding of IT and AI solutions Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools Show more Show less
