Telecaller

Job Description

A telecaller at VNB solar would be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining solar products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and generating leads. They would also handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and work towards achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to introduce solar products and services. Inbound Call Handling: Answering customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in solar solutions. Product Knowledge: Understanding the features, benefits, and technical aspects of solar products. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the sales process. Sales and Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue goals. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate call logs and updating customer records in the CRM system. Follow-up: Following up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into customers. Compliance: Adhering to ethical sales practices and industry regulations. Collaboration: Working with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and sales strategies.
