Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM. Generate leads and meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Follow up with interested customers via calls or emails. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
