Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, and providing information about our products/services. You will assist in generating leads, answering customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers. Provide detailed information about products/services. Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally. Generate and follow up on sales leads. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database. Meet sales or service targets and KPIs. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service and sales processes.
