With expertise in the bakery and snacks process, Vishnu Delight ensures high-quality flavored nuts tailored to customer preferences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products, and following up on leads. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquetteExperience in customer service or telemarketingProficiency in data entry and database managementAbility to handle customer inquiries and resolve issuesStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications or related field is a plusFluency in Hindi and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
