Job Description: Tele-Calling & Academic Counselor – Vande Digital Role Overview: You will be responsible for calling students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them towards suitable services such as assignments, projects, study-abroad support, and academic consulting. This role demands strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and consistency in daily outcomes—not excuses or timepass. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads. Explain Vande Digital’s academic and study-abroad services clearly and confidently. Identify the student’s requirements and suggest the right solution. Handle counselling sessions through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Convert leads into paid admissions / service purchases. Maintain follow-up and daily tracking of calls and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and service delivery. Achieve weekly and monthly targets—performance matters, not effort stories. Build and maintain long-term relationships with students. Required Skills & QualitiesStrong communication in Hindi & basic English. Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented. Ability to handle pressure and objections without drama. Sales mindset—conversion matters. Basic computer & WhatsApp professionalism. Quick learner and problem solver. Not afraid of accountability. Preferred Experience0–2 years in tele-calling, counselling, sales, or customer support. Fresher with strong communication skills can apply. Performance Expectations80–120 calls/day minimum.
