The United Real Estate Advisory is looking for Telecaller to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Making outbound calls: Telecallers spend a significant amount of time on the phone, reaching out to individuals or businesses from a provided list They may use a script or follow a specific call structure to engage the recipient in a conversation Promoting products or services: Telecallers are responsible for promoting and describing the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company they represent They need to have a good understanding of the offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential customers Building relationships: Telecallers aim to build a rapport with customers by demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude during phone conversations They may answer questions, provide additional information, and address any concerns raised by the customers to establish trust and credibility Generating sales leads: In addition to selling products or services directly over the phone, telecallers often focus on generating leads for the sales team They collect relevant information from potential customers, such as contact details and specific requirements, which can be used to follow up and convert leads into sales Achieving targets: Telecallers typically have performance targets or quotas that they need to meet This could involve a certain number of calls made per day, a specific number of sales or leads generated, or revenue targets They need to be proactive, persistent, and persuasive to meet or exceed these targets
