Job Description

Making calls to potential students and parents to promote courses and programs, and follow up on inquiries. Handling inquiries from students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and other relevant information. Identifying and converting prospective leads into enrollments by providing accurate and engaging information. Explaining institute's programs, career prospects, and placement assistance clearly. Providing professional customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating CRM software. Working towards achieving sales targets by effectively communicating with potential students. Coordinating with academic coordinators for admissions and student onboarding. Requirements: Female candidates with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a persuasive approach.
