We are seeking experienced telecallers and telemarketers with a strong background in international client handling. The ideal candidate should be confident, tech-savvy, and able to work independently during US hours. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads in the USA Handle inbound wellness inquiries with professionalism and empathy Explain our services clearly and persuasively Convert prospects into appointments and sales Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Collaborate with the internal wellness and sales teams Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling / telemarketing (preferably international) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Ability to work night shifts (IST) Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM, email, chat tools, etc. Quick learner and adaptable to new systems Self-driven and result-oriented Show more Show less
