Job Title: Telecaller – (Academic Counselor) Location: New Barrackpore. Job Type: Full-Time. Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on interview performance) Job Description: Are you confident on calls and passionate about helping students shape their careers? Join our dynamic team as a Telecaller for Academic Counseling and be the voice that guides young minds toward the right educational path. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Explain academic courses, benefits, and admission procedures clearly and confidently. Understand students’ needs and guide them toward suitable programs. Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure conversions. Maintain records of calls, conversations, and feedback. Requirements: Graduation is mandatory for eligibility. English-speaking skills are required to communicate effectively . Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge.
