Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers or prospects, following a provided script or guidelines. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve inquiries or provide information. Promote products or services, handle objections, and close deals when required. Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer details in the database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering excellent service. Handle complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in [specific languages required]. Good listening skills with the ability to handle rejection professionally. Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Positive attitude, persistence, and customer focus.
