Job Description

STAENZ Academy is currently seeking a dedicated and multitasking professional to join our team as a Telecaller cum Receptionist at our Ghaziabad branch. As a Telecaller cum Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, promoting our courses, and assisting in various administrative tasks. This role demands a personable and proactive individual who can handle both reception duties and telecalling responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception Duties: Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors to the academy in a friendly and professional manner. Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments. Provide accurate information about STAENZ Academys courses, schedules, and other relevant details. Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the academy. 2. Telecalling: Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses. Engage potential students in persuasive conversations about the benefits and features of our training programs. Answer questions and resolve queries about course content, fees, and enrollment procedures. Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into successful enrollments. 3. Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining student records, attendance, and other administrative tasks as required. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes for new students. Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly. 4. Student Assistance: Provide support to students regarding course-related inquiries, classroom locations, and schedules. Assist in organizing student orientation programs and workshops. 5. Data Management: Maintain and update the student database and ensure the accuracy of contact information. 6. Office Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations. Assist in organizing meetings and appointments. Requirements: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in customer service or office administration will be an advantage. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service, receptionist, or telecalling roles will be preferred, but freshers with a customer-centric approach are also encouraged to apply. Multi-tasking: Ability to manage reception duties and telecalling responsibilities simultaneously with attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with callers and visitors, making them feel comfortable and valued. Tech-savvy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and managing telecommunication systems. Pleasant Personality: A friendly and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
