Job Summary: Softomatic Technology Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to students and professionals, providing information about our training programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential students and professionals to promote training programs. Provide detailed information about course offerings, benefits, and enrollment procedures. Follow up with interested candidates to ensure successful registrations. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system. Achieve assigned call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional approach. Address and resolve customer inquiries with clarity and efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English . Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
