Job Description: SK Job Solutions is hiring Telecallers to join their growing customer support team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling client queries, making outbound calls, and providing support across various customer engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads. Explain products or services and generate interest. Maintain records of calls and feedback in the CRM. Follow up with customers regarding queries or unresolved issues. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.
