Job Description: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Telecallers to join our team at Credelio in Gurugram, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, explaining products or services, and assisting in sales conversions. Engage with customers via telephone to promote and explain products or services offered by Credelio. Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective or existing clients. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times. Achieve assigned targets and goals in line with company standards. Record and update customer information accurately in the database. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions and customer queries. Follow up with customers for feedback and potential upselling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain and promote our products or services. Handle inbound calls to address customer queries and provide relevant information. Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience. Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Provide feedback to the team leader on customer concerns and potential leads. Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good listening and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
