Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller – Sales professional to join our team. The role involves reaching out to schools, coaching institutes, and distributors to introduce our educational products and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (schools/coaching centres/distributors).
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and engaging way.
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into sales.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide product information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (preferred).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling software).

Salary:

• Fixed salary + incentives (based on performance).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,148.30 per month
