Job Description

As a Telecaller Sales Executive at our skill development institute in Calicut, you'll be the vibrant voice connecting aspiring learners with opportunities to enhance their skills and shape their futures. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and helping students in guiding them on our course. Your day-to-day will involve: Reaching Out: Making outbound calls to potential students based on leads generated through various marketing efforts. You'll be engaging and persuasive, introducing them to the diverse range of skill development courses we offer. Understanding Needs: Actively listening to prospects to understand their career aspirations, current skill levels, and learning objectives. You'll then expertly match them with the most suitable programs that align with their individual needs. Providing Information: Clearly and concisely explaining the features, benefits, curriculum, and duration of our courses. You'll address any queries they may have with confidence and accuracy. Building Rapport: Establishing a positive and professional relationship with potential students, fostering trust and encouraging them to take the next step in their learning journey. Converting Leads: Effectively following up on leads and nurturing them through the sales process, ultimately aiming to convert them into successful enrollments. Maintaining Records: Accurately updating and maintaining call logs, prospect information, and enrollment details in our CRM system. Meeting Targets: Working diligently to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the institute. Staying Updated: Continuously learning about new courses, industry trends, and effective sales techniques to enhance your performance. Collaborating with the Team: Working closely with the marketing and admissions teams to share insights, optimize strategies, and ensure a seamless student experience.
