Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, generating leads or sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products.
➢ Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
➢ Follow up with interested leads and existing customers.
➢ Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.
➢ Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
➢ Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
➢ Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
➢ Achieve targets for daily calls, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
➢ Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
➢ Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.
