Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain and promote digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, etc.). Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions or schedule meetings with the business development team. Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and call outcomes in CRM software. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous calls. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during client interactions. Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams based on call outcomes and customer queries. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in customer service/sales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
