Job Description

As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling real estate sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.Responsibilities- Answering phones and explaining the products offered by the company.- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.- Explaining all project details to customer over call and scheduling a site visit for the same.- Follow up with customers after call.- Cold Calling- Lead Generation- Explaining property details such as floor plans, amenities, etc This job opening was posted long time back.
