Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a TeleCaller at Raj Prints. The TeleCaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and maintaining customer records. The role also includes following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related roles
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using call center software and CRM tools
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Graduate or equivalent; degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
