Job Description: Telecaller – Backend Customer Support Company: Primeiro Innovative Solutions Client: Vodafone Idea Location: Kochi (Office-Based) Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 Role Overview: Primeiro Innovative Solutions is seeking a Telecaller – Backend Customer Support professional to handle post-sales customer interactions for Vodafone Idea. The role involves confirming completed sales, collecting customer details, explaining plan benefits, and assisting with payment collection. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers to confirm sales and validate details. Collect and update customer information accurately. Communicate Vodafone Idea plan features and benefits. Assist customers with payment collection and follow-ups. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure a smooth post-sales experience and resolve queries professionally. Requirements: Strong communication skills in Malayalam; basic English proficiency preferred. Previous experience in customer support or telecalling is an advantage. Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record maintenance. Goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
