Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database and provided leads. Introduce our real estate projects, highlighting key features and benefits. Collect and update accurate information from clients for further follow-up. Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer their inquiries about properties, pricing, availability, and other relevant details. Address client concerns and objections with patience and empathy. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit our properties and meet our sales team. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling. Database Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Regularly update the database with accurate client information and feedback. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed. Nurture leads through regular communication and provide additional information as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and support their efforts. Provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions and inquiries. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM tools. Persuasive and able to handle objections with professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
