The role involves outbound calling to prospective customers, explaining postpaid plans, and ensuring successful sales conversions while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Vodafone Idea postpaid plans. Explain plan details, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly. Generate leads and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
